You came to the right place!
Whether your looking for better fraud prevention for your existing site or a full service solution to get you started, this is the place to look. We have the experiences of well over 3800 members to draw from and we're confident that service providers approved by Merchant 911 are some of the best because we've reviewed every one of them.
Why should you deal with these vendors?
Merchant911 worked with high level people within these vendors' structure before they got listed and it's not about the money - we only have an affiliate relationship with a few of them. Merchant911 members have direct access to the Director and the Director has direct access to the executive suite at these vendors. The few times that we have been made aware of problems between merchant and a listed vendor, we call them to the attention of our contacts and to the best of our knowledge, the issues have been resolved. One brought multiple unresolved problems. That vendor isn't listed any more.
Full DisclosureMerchant 911 has an affiliate relationship with some of these vendors. We make no attempt to hide that, but no vendors are listed here unless we are satisfied that their service is, and continues to be, as advertised. If you have a bad experience with ANY vendor here, we want to know about it. Our contact information is listed below. We can't promise to resolve issues, but we DO promise to review the vendor and terminate their approved status if we feel it's justified. At the end of the day e-Commerce merchants like you are always
responsible for fraud and you are also responsible for your bottom
line. If you are paying someone for a service, you're entitled
to the best you can get.
An important note about Automated Call-Back services
Merchant911 is aware of several companies that are offering
automated call back services to merchants as a way of detecting
fraud. We do not endorse them.
There is more than sufficient evidence to tell us that fraudsters
will use a phone number that they can answer in order to provide
the correct response. This gives merchants a false sense
of security. We acknowledge that these services are useful
in preventing automated attacks and weeding out phoney telephone
numbers but most good fraud prevention services use some form of
velocity checking in their fraud scoring. |
