Merchant911, LLC announced today that Director Tom Mahoney will be presenting a credit card fraud prevention seminar in North Carolina. Mahoney was selected to present a three-hour seminar at the North Carolina Crime Prevention Association’s Fall Conference. The Conference will be held from November 4th through November 6th in Atlantic Beach.
“Credit card fraud losses were $4 Billion in 2008 and most small merchants don’t know they are at risk,” Mahoney said. “I’m delighted that I can help North Carolina law enforcement take aggressive steps to educate merchants.”
Mahoney will be presenting to over 100 law enforcement and civilian crime prevention specialists who will be teaching credit card fraud prevention to local merchants throughout North Carolina.
