Preventing E-Commerce Chargebacks, the premier course developed by Merchant911's director Tom Mahoney, is now available on CD and Download.

The professionally developed course was originally available only as in interactive course. According to the developers sales were good but they wanted to give customers the ability to have the course on a permanant bases. With the interactive version, learners had only a limited time to complete the course. "Once the course was completed, the merchants had only a check list of recommended steps" said Mahoney. "Now they have the course available on their hard drives along with a check list a nd a list of great references and fraud fighting tools."

Merchant911 will also be making affiliate deals available for other vendors. It's a great opportunity for folks to make some extra income while helping other merchants protect themselves against credit card fraud.
