Chip and PIN, terrorism, and boy are we in trouble

The UK appears to be the involuntary center of terrorism funding, thanks to Chip and PIN readers made in China. Their transactions have been phoning home to Al-Qaeda over in Pakistan.

United States - Credit Card Fraud is about to increase
