A Personal Note
Friends of ours own and run the Wolf Sanctuary of PA, the home of the Speedwell Wolves. Last night they were kind enough to invite us to spend an evening at the Sanctuary listening to some mellow live music and to chill.
At some point during the evening a couple of the wolves started to howl. As it is with wolves, they all chimed in - lots of them - almost in a wave across the Sanctuary. Yes, it was the night of July 19th - almost a full moon.
It suddenly occurred to me that, although I had no sound equipment, I did have my little digital camera with me that’s able to shoot 6 seconds of video with sound. It was dark so there was no video. It isn’t needed. I got two 6 second clips and edited them together.
